They don't make these that much anymore, though they're starting to make something of a comeback with "limited series" like Persons Unknown that feel like an entire series but are only one season.

I used to always answer with "City Limits", which features James Earl Jones, Kim Catrall and Rae Dawn Chong doing things they aren't proud of.
